Draft, review and negotiate on a host of documents, agreements and contracts
Provide legal advice to management and supporting the business on a variety of employment and commercial issues to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Advise on legal risks and potential liabilities, offering strategic solutions to mitigate risks
Manage and keep custody of contracts signed by the Company
Handle legal aspects of client agreements and disclosures
Manage and negotiate contractual relationships with service providers and third parties
Assist in resolving of disputes
To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
LLB degree with 8 to 10 years of work experience in corporate law
Have at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
Meticulous and able to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to prioritize, multi task and work under pressure
Positive work attitude
High level of integrity and professionalism
Good knowledge of Securities and Futures Act, relevant MAS and SGX regulations and understanding of Singapore employment law and practices
