Your Role

As Murex continues to expand and evolve across APAC, we are looking for a dynamic communications partner who can help facilitate a shared understanding and meaning of our strategy and priorities and bring our culture to life in the APAC region. This role will lead Internal Communications, Employer Branding, and Employee Engagement across our vibrant APAC region, including India, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and Australia, and supporting a community of 450 employees.

You will be a trusted advisor to regional and local leadership, a creative storyteller who crafts compelling narratives, and a culture builder who fosters connection, clarity, and pride. Whether it's amplifying our strategic priorities, celebrating our people, or energizing our employee experience, you'll play a key role in shaping how Murex APAC communicates, engages, and grows together.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications

  • Design and implement a regional internal communications strategy aligned with business, HR, and corporate priorities.
  • Translate complex business strategies into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with employees.
  • Develop and manage communication assets: presentations, cascading kits, Q&A documents, newsletters, videos, infographics, and digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage, digital signage).
  • Partner with local leaders to support department-level communications and change initiatives.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to handle local and regional communication for employees
  • Contribute to the organization of the annual regional corporate event
  • Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and analytics.

Employer Branding

  • Act as a regional champion Murex's employer brand internally and externally, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the global employer branding team, HR and Talent Acquisition to craft compelling narratives about Murex's culture, values, and employee experience.
  • Create content for career sites, social media, onboarding materials, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Support initiatives that showcase Murex as an employer of choice, including job fairs, employee testimonials, and culture videos.

Employee Engagement

  • Actively contribute to engagement initiatives such as town halls, onboarding experiences, recognition programs, and cultural events.
  • Partner with the Employee Engagement Community (EEC) to amplify local and regional activities.
  • Use tools like Workday Peakon to analyze engagement drivers and recommend actions.
  • Facilitate feedback loops and ensure employee voices are heard and acted upon.

Employee Engagement Community (EEC) & Local Champions

  • Engagement leads and site managers in Vietnam, India, and Singapore who drive local initiatives and feedback loops.

External Partners

  • Creative agencies, video producers, and event vendors for content creation and execution.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, and/or employee engagement in an international environment (preferably in tech or software).
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for design and detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage); experience with Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Experience in event management (i.e., End of Year Celebrations) and working with external vendors and creative agencies.
