Overview

A growing global commodities group is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join its Internal Audit team. Role

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will play a key role in driving a robust audit program across the organization. You will oversee the planning and execution of audits, ensuring each review is wellscoped, methodologically sound, and aligned with professional standards. Key responsibilities include guiding and developing auditors, reviewing workpapers, and delivering highquality reports with clear, actionable insights for senior management. You will partner with business stakeholders to understand emerging risks, monitor remediation efforts, and strengthen a culture of compliance and process discipline. In addition, you will support special reviews, investigations, and continuous enhancements to the department's frameworks, tools, and governance practices.

Requirements

The successful candidate brings solid experience leading audits and a strong grounding in internal audit standards, risk management principles, and control frameworks. You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, ideally supported by certifications such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to risk identification, process enhancement, and coordination with external auditors. You are best described as thorough and insightful, confident in managing the full audit cycle, reviewing complex workpapers, and presenting clear, impactful reports to senior stakeholders.
