Our client is a well established FMCG firm and we are currently looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join them.

About the job
Reporting to the Internal Audit Director, you will deliver high-quality internal audit and advisory services for evolving, technology-enabled business areas. You will lead engagements focused on digital operations and omnichannel activities, while conducting complex investigations into potential misconduct using structured data analysis. Beyond core auditing, you will support advisory reviews for new system enhancements and collaborate across functions to identify emerging risks in a rapidly transforming environment. By leveraging data-driven approaches, you will help strengthen the organization's audit consistency and collective capability during a period of significant digital integration. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and a resourceful professional, capable of fostering robust partnerships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Skills and experience required

You should possess a degree in Accountancy or a related field, complemented by at least 5 years of internal audit experience. Holding a professional certification such as a CIA is required, while a CFE is highly regarded. Prior exposure to the retail, e-commerce, or digital platform sectors is strongly preferred.
