About The Role

As an Internal Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organization's integrity. You will lead the planning and execution of comprehensive internal audits, covering operations, business processes, governance, and regulatory audits. This role involves assessing control effectiveness, identifying improvements, and communicating findings to senior management. You will also contribute to the annual audit plan and foster strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments.

Skills And Experience Required

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented professional with at least 10 years of audit experience, preferably within insurance. You should possess a strong understanding of audit methodologies, control frameworks, and risk management.
