Job Description & Requirements
- Maintain full sets of accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
- Prepare yearend financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Liaise with external auditors and regulators
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure proper documentation, record retention, and internal controls are maintained
- Support tax compliance matters, including GST and corporate tax filings
- Assist with adhoc finance and compliancerelated tasks as required by management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience (inhouse or accounting firm)
- Working knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and local financial reporting requirements
- Familiarity with accounting standards (FRS / SFRS(I), as applicable)
- Experience working with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Detailoriented, organised, and able to meet reporting deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Attributes
- Experience supporting audit and statutory reporting
- Exposure to smalltomidsize companies or group structures
- Prior experience liaising with auditors and regulators
