The goal of this role is to develop and implement automation workflows and build simple-to-use applications to enhance administrative workflows, streamline processes to improve work efficiency and productivity in TADM@NTUC.
Responsibilities:
- To develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate for optimize TADM@NTUC&aposs workflows, including data extraction from various reports, managing member satisfaction surveys and other routine tasks
- Build user-friendly applications using Microsoft Power Apps solution to streamline the allocation of cases to case officers and Tripartite Mediation Advisors, incorporating automation, real time tracking and integration with Power Automate and Power BI for enhanced efficiency and data driven insights.
Requirements:
- Background in coding or programming is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to develop automation solutions and create data visualizations.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and providing user training.
