As a Supplier Quality Development Intern, you will support the Supplier Quality Development (SQD) function, contributing to supplier coordination, sample run management, and quality data compilation. You will primarily liaise with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sample runs and accurate reporting of results. This role offers valuable exposure to supplier quality processes and cross-functional collaboration within a manufacturing and quality-driven environment.
What you will do
- To support the Global SQM team in the coordination of change request activities from supplier
- To compile and prepare document to support the approval released of component or products for new source, alternate source and engineering changes
- To enhance the Power BI for monitoring of the supplier KPI performance
- To assist in revising or creating new procedures and workflows.
What you bring
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, for cross-functional coordination and supplier engagement
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
