We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated and experienced individual to intern with us as a Strategy Intern. The intern will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the organization. The intern will work closely with the strategy team to conduct market research, develop go-to-market plans, and implement new processes in preparation for new business launches. Our ideal candidate is a commercially savvy, operationally excellent, and analytical team leader who has had experience in 0-1 roles, be it for new products or new markets.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading fact-based market assessment, including market sizing, local regulatory review and competitive analysis
- Assist in developing go-to-market and launch plans for new markets, including product positioning, pricing strategy, and distribution channels
- Building robust financial models to support the business case for new market entry and/or identification and evaluation of potential M&A opportunities
- Assessing and recommending the necessary technical and product adjustments for new markets
- Support the strategy team with other projects and initiatives as needed
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Actuary, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree such as MBA is preferred
- Prior industry experience in the Mobility & High Tech industry group is advantageous
- Strong professional presence and ability to communicate effectively to senior executives
- Ability to influence others and lead without authority
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and deliver rigorous financial and/or statistical analysis to quantify business case scenarios, options, and risks
- Understanding of complex aspects of business management including financial analysis and strategic evaluation
- High attention to detail and structured problem solving skills, including the ability to conduct root-cause analysis and business process redesign
