Overview: Join our dynamic team as an intern and take the lead in driving innovation within our manufacturing operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to spearhead the qualification and implementation of Phase 2 of the Automated Kitting System, a critical initiative aimed at enhancing material flow control and traceability in the Kitting process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Take ownership of the Phase 2 project, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and IT to ensure successful execution.
• System Qualification: Assist in evaluating and validating the performance of the automated system, ensuring it meets operational and quality standards.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current kitting workflows and identify areas for improvement through automation and digitalization.
• Data & Traceability Enhancement: Implement solutions that improve the tracking and traceability of materials throughout the kitting process, contributing to better inventory control and process transparency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and presentations to communicate updates and outcomes to management.
