Role Overview

As a Sales Excellence Data Analyst Intern, you will support the ASEAN sales team by managing CRM tools, maintaining sales dashboards, and assisting with reporting, analytics, and operational tasks. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, contribute to sales initiatives, and provide analytical support to drive sales performance and channel strategies.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

Sales Data & CRM Support

  • Support the team in managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Assist with analytical, administrative, and operational tasks for the ASEAN sales team.
  • Manage sales reports, dashboards, and sales processes to improve data accessibility and extraction efficiency.

Project & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Participate in projects with cross-functional stakeholders to support and drive sales initiatives.
  • Support Preferred Partner Program activities and channel strategy execution.
  • Conduct market research when required.

Operational & Presentation Support

  • Prepare presentation slides and assist with ad-hoc sales activities.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc analytics and marketing projects.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail with reliable follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Structured and analytical thinking, with the ability to deep-dive into problems and present solutions.
  • Basic understanding of data analytics processes (data engineering, modelling, visualization).
  • Experience with analytics tools/tech stacks such as R or Python, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in a multinational environment.
