Job Responsibilities
- Support marcom on Advertising and Promotion campaign (that includes preparation of marketing collaterals, EDMs, brochures, banners etc) and events for residential developments
- Support marketing to conduct regular market research on real estate trends, competitor pricing and sales
- Support marketing to prepare weekly presentation slides on market trends and competitors sales
- Support marketing to provide logistics support and ensure upkeep of sales gallery and show units
- Any other ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Real Estate or a related discipline from a recognised university.
- Possess a good aptitude for learning skills and knowledge.
- Eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and be an effective team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
