About the role
Job Title: Intern, QA CSV & Labeling (6-9 months)
Works closely with and have impact on:
- Dot Compliance electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)
- Loftware Label Management System
- Quality Assurance Labelling Function
- Quality Assurance Validation (CSV) Function
Reports to: Senior Manager, QAManager, QA Validation (Labelling & Projects)
Function: Global QA & Compliance
Work Location/Site: GHQ, Singapore
Role Overview
This internship role will work closely with the QA Labelling and QA Validation teams to support the implementation and continuous improvement of Dot Compliance eQMS and Loftware Label Management System. The intern will assist with data management, documentation, dashboard creation, reporting, testing activities, and process improvement initiatives to support the Quality Assurance department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with data review, cleansing, and migration activities for Dot Compliance and Loftware, as well as to assist with the organization of related validation documentations, under the guidance of QA validation team.
- Support the development of dashboards, reports, and quality metrics using available reporting tools.
- Support testing activities for eQMS, Loftware, and other GxP systems by helping organize test documentation and maintaining clear, accurate records of test results, under the guidance of the QA validation team and documentation activities related to eQMS and Loftware implementation.
- Assist in creating process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
- Help identify opportunities to improve workflows through use of AI-assisted and automation and reporting tools.
- Participate in QA departmental projects and team activities as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Experience
- Prior exposure to Quality Assurance, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Management Systems, validation activities, or data analytics projects would be advantageous.
- Experience in dashboard development, reporting, or process automation is preferred.
- Coursework / project exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, or Generative AI/Large Language Model (LLM) tools would be an advantage.
Skills/Accreditations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Excel Macros/VBA is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, or similar dashboard/reporting tools would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Academic Qualifications
- Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
