Job Description

You will be part of the Product Management team, where we collaborate closely with key business units to drive initiatives that support growth, digital transformation, and operational efficiency. As an intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to cross-functional projects and play an integral role in project tracking, reporting, and communication.

We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about driving change, supporting digital initiatives, and contributing to business excellence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possesses strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, incorporating data visualization tools (e.g., charts and graphs) to communicate insights clearly.
• Maintain and enhance Confluence pages to effectively share business updates and project information.
• Support the team in improving project/task management tools, including timeline tracking and person-in-charge (PIC) assignment, and standardizing reporting formats for clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders across departments to follow up on project tasks and monitor key milestones.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of updates for internal project governance or stakeholder meetings.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work quality.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to Atlassian tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Kanban boards is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other dashboard/reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
