Deliverables
- Intern will collaborate with engineers to learn about the semiconductor packaging processes and sources of yield loss to reduce the production variability.
- Intern will be part of projects aimed at improving data analysis to address Assembly and Test issues by utilizing inline signal and processing data/result
- Able to use strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills to complete the project within given timeline to enable high volume manufacturing
- Able to organize and document analysis with recommended next steps for team to apply to ensure project objective completion within targeted timeline.

Education and Professional Experience Required
- Student pursuing bachelor's degree in engineering
