Project Title: Parts Repair Inventory Management Application

Project Description:To design, develop and implement a parts inventory management application to track parts sent for repair.

Project Scope:

Study current manual touch points of the parts inventory management process, from parts logdown, shipping and return from repair.

Leverage suitable automation platform to create opportunity to eliminate manual data entry and improve data accuracy, and traceability.

Provide a user-friendly interface for engineers and technicians.

User documentation including a quick-start guide and system maintenance instructions.

Conduct training to the team.

This project offers the intern hands-on experience in developing a real-world application using Microsoft Power Platform tools, with a strong emphasis on usability and maintainability for users with minimal technical background.

Deliverable:Improve operational efficiency and labor productivity

Skillset Require:Basic python knowledge, MS power automate would be advantageous.

Course of interests: Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Duration Period: 6 months
