[What the role is]

The intern will assist in marketing and promotional efforts by supporting festive campaigns, mall events, social media content creation, and customer engagement initiatives. Contribute to the growth of OTH Kids Club through member communications, content development, and activity planning for children and families. Support the Advertising & Promotions team in producing creative collateral, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels.

[What you will be working on]

• Assist in conceptualising and executing marketing campaigns for festive seasons, including developing promotional materials, coordinating with vendors, and monitoring campaign performance through various channels and touchpoints.
• Support the development and growth of OTH Kids Club by helping create engaging content, managing member communications, and planning exclusive activities for young members and their families.
• Design and develop artwork and visual content for marketing collaterals, social media, and promotional materials whilst ensuring brand consistency across all platforms for advertising and promotion department.
• Provide comprehensive event management support, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event analysis for various mall activities and promotional events.
• Help manage social media content calendars and assist in creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience across different platforms.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
  
  

[What we are looking for]

• Interest in marketing, social media, event management, and content creation.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
• Good communication, organisational, and project coordination skills.
• Creative, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
