Join Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC)s Employer Branding & Outreach team in a pivotal role supporting our employer branding and early talent initiatives. As SDC enters an exciting phase of development and island transformation, this internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our evolving employer branding strategy.

You will help bring our employer brand to life by collaborating with the team on storyboards, interviewing employees, and transforming everyday information into visually compelling content across multiple platformsincluding our career website, social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn), and various HR touchpoints.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your creativity while gaining practical experience across the employee lifecycle, from supporting early talent onboarding programmes to driving employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

What You Will be Doing:

• Deliver audience-focused communications across internal and external channels, through engaging social content and video reels
• Assist in the planning and implementation of SDC's CSR and inclusivity initiatives that make a genuine difference to our society and workplace
• Drive the implementation of SDC's Internship Programme
• Participate in campus outreach activities to connect with students

You are a Great Fit If You...

• Are an undergraduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for good design
• Are proficient in multimedia content creation tools (you'll be working with Canva and CapCut), along with a creative mindset and passion for storytelling
• Are willing to occasionally step in as on-camera talent, including some experience with voiceover work, narration, and hosting
• Appreciate using data to tell stories, utilising metrics for data analysis and reporting
