Founded in 2020 with the goal of providing cost-effective websites for micro and small businesses, we have grown into a regional agency delivering WordPress development, UX/UI design, software development (SaaS and internal corporate systems), and maintenance work.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation (Primary Function)
- Produce weekly content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, website, blog, and email.
- Script and conceptualize short-form videos for APAC audiences (TikTok/Reels).
- Work with designers / operations team on content assets, visuals, and marketing creatives.
- Drive thought leadership through case studies, landing pages, and brand storytelling.
Outreach & Lead Generation
- Execute outreach messages for targeted industries: F&B, multi-gen traditional businesses, consulting, engineering, logistics, medical, NGOs.
- Support campaigns to attract new clients.
- Manage inbound and outbound awareness campaigns (social, email, cold outreach templates).
- Collect and prepare information so the Founder can take over sales calls and appointments.
Partnership Support
- Strategic partnership targets: Marketing agencies, accounting firms, Corp sec firms, IT companies, SME networks.
- Handle initial outreach, content, and follow-up materials.
- Founder conducts all partnership meetings and closings.
- You may join for exposure if keen.
Internal Collaboration
- Work with internal designers and developers for marketing collateral and website edits.
- Provide inputs for brand positioning, storytelling, and GTM planning.
- Create reference materials for our SaaS product and agency services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong English writing capabilities (content, captions, scripts).
- Motivated, proactive, independent, and resourceful.
- Good understanding of social media and basic digital marketing.
- Comfortable with outreach messaging (no hard selling).
- Outgoing personality, able to communicate clearly.
- Advantageous: experience in digital agencies, content creation, or tools like Canva, WordPress, Figma and most importantly hungry.
- Keen to generate ROI and move on to a full-time growth marketing role (potentially sales / partnership functions).
- Singaporean / PRs only.
IMPORTANT:
This role does NOT require you to do sales calls, appointments, or closing.
The interest / ability to do sales will be an added advantage.
The Founder handles all sales pitches, consultations, and partnership negotiations.
You focus on generating awareness, content, interest, and leads.
