Program Transformation Intern (CSDS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of transformative projects under the Certis Service Delivery System (CSDS) program, ensuring alignment with quality and operational goals.
- Assist in CSDS 2.0 development and prototyping, including initiatives such as AI-enabled auditing and data-driven certification frameworks.
- Coordinate and support CSDS engagement events, including planning, logistics, and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to research and drafting of whitepapers documenting transformation initiatives and best practices.
- Provide operational support for audits and site certifications, including data collection, dashboard updates, and compliance checks.
- Assist in change management and stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- Interest in digital transformation, process improvement, and quality systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Research and analytical mindset for whitepaper development and data-driven projects.
Skills and Competencies (Any Specific Software/Tools Knowledge Required):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic data analysis skills; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools is a plus.

Innovation Engagement Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create content to promote innovation initiatives.
- Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns and innovation storytelling.
- Help plan and coordinate logistics for innovation-related events, workshops, and hackathons. Support on-site event execution and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with the team to design strategies that spark interest in innovation programs.
- Research and share trends, tools, and best practices to inspire innovative thinking.
- Liaise with external vendors, partners, and academic institutions for content or event-related needs.
- Assist with documentation, scheduling, and reporting for innovation activities.
- Track engagement metrics and provide insights for improvement.
