Job description:
- Responsible for managing the retail business&aposs budget, including budget preparation, guidance, review, control, and execution analysis; follow up on budget implementation and make adjustments as necessary.
- Review expenses and control various expenditure items.
- Promote the global and regional finance standards and related systems to all brands and stores.
- Review contracts for regional business operations, identify issues, and mitigate risks in a timely manner.
- Provide timely financial reports and necessary financial analysis to the regional manager and other department heads, offering strong financial support for business development.
- Oversee financial controls and internal control management for retail stores; monitor the implementation of internal control measures, conduct audits on key issues, propose feasible reward and punishment schemes, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is preferred.
- Well-developed analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to present and inform decision-making with well-structured analysis.
- Strong attention to details and a keen ability to ensure accuracy and quality of output.
- Strong business acumen and commercial intuition.
- High proficiency in both Mandarin and English
Job description:
- Assist in contract management and standardization construction, including departmental standard contract organization, clause review, coordination and modification, and bilingual contract drafting;
- Assist in the construction of legal compliance information technology, including the development and testing of legal compliance artificial intelligence tools, updating and optimizing legal information databases, and visualizing statistical summaries of legal work;
- Assist in legal affairs support work, including company document, license, and archive management, intellectual property affairs maintenance, and complaint and litigation affairs.
Requirements
- Full time undergraduate degree or above
- Familiar with relevant laws and regulations such as e-commerce, advertising, contracts, labor laws, etc., master relevant legal knowledge, and be able to apply legal knowledge to solve problems;
- Having internship experience in well-known law firms or large enterprises, with specific internship content covering e-commerce, advertising compliance and other related fields, and the ability to independently handle contracts is preferred;
- Proficient in using various OFFICE tools, with strong abilities in data organization, summarization, and report material production;
- Fluent in English, able to handle English documents and contract documents;
- Proactive and possessing strong resilience against pressure;
