Across 3 departments, you&aposllgain hands-on experience in project coordination, partnership engagement, strategic communications, research and data analysis, developing valuable skills that will elevate your professional portfolio while contributing to real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities by Department

International Programmes

  • Supportplanningfordisaster relief and sustainable developmentproject activities, includingplanning oftimelines, budgets,logistics,manpowerandresources needed.
  • AssistinMonitoring and Evaluation (M&E)as well as impact reportingfor projects.
  • Track project progress, flag delays, and update HQ and stakeholders regularly.
  • Monitor and track emerging disasters in the region, preparingtimelyalerts and situation updates.

Corporate Outreach and Resources

  • Conceptualise andcreate compelling contentto supportMercy Reliefsfundraising,outreachandobjectives, includingpress releases,newsletters,websiteand campaign content,and social mediapostsforLinkedIn,Instagramand Facebook.
  • Identifyandbuild partnerships with externalstakeholderssuch as corporate sponsors,foundationsand organisationstoextend Mercy Reliefs network and resources.
  • Plan and execute fundraising collaborations with the intent of supporting Mercy Reliefs ongoing appeals, with community members,groupsand small businesses.

Corporate

  • Contribute to charity governance and non-profit organisation management by ensuring accuracy, compliance and smooth processing.
  • Update financial and administrative records, assist in accounts payable and receivable processes, and create positive partnerships with donors, partners and vendors in support of Mercy Relief&aposs operations.
  • Analyse donation trends and donor behaviour to synthesise insights to inform organisation strategy.

Eligibility

  • Recent or currentdiploma/degree students.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office365.
  • Ableto work with others, share ideas, and collaboratewith diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexible and proactive, with an openness to learning and developing new skills.
