About the Internship

This is a full-time internship based on-site. Interns will gain hands-on experience in event coordination, digital communications, and non-profit project management, with mentorship from the Fraternitas team.

What You'll Do (Learning & Responsibilities)

• Learn to support project coordination, logistics, and communication across teams
• Assist with event planning, venue booking, and on-ground execution
• Gain experience in content creation and scheduling (graphics, reels, posts) across social platforms
• Help manage website updates and backend tools (WordPress & digital assets)
• Provide administrative support and contribute to task coordination

What You'll Learn / Gain

• Practical experience in non-profit project management and youth engagement
• Mentorship in communications, event planning, and faith-based initiatives
• Opportunity to build a portfolio of digital media and event work

Requirements

• Proactive, organised, and adaptable
• Strong writing, design, and communication skills
• Familiar with Canva, Google Suite, and Instagram (WordPress is a bonus)
• Passion for youth work, mission, and creative teamwork
• Minimum A-Level/Diploma (gap year students welcome)
