Context of the role
This is a high-visibility 6-months internship designed for a multitasker who wants to see how a global Fintech operates. You will act as a bridge between our brand and our partners, supporting marketing execution while ensuring our sales operations run like a well-oiled machine.
Key Responsbilities
Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Regional Execution: Assist in launching cross-border marketing campaigns specifically targeting the Asia-Pacific & Greater China regions
- Content Localisation: Coordinate the adaptation of marketing assets to ensure they resonate with local cultural nuances and partner requirements
- Performance Analytics: Work with the marketing team to track KPIs and gather feedback to evaluate campaign ROI
Partner Operations & Sales Enablement
- Data-Driven Collateral: Collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to extract data insights and help draft compelling sales presentations and documentation
- CRM Excellence: Maintain clean data and accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system (Zoho CRM)
- The Feedback Loop: Synthesise partner pain points and market trends into actionable reports for our Product and Sales leadership

- The Regional Specialist: You have a keen interest in the APAC and Greater China business landscape
- The Tech-Savvy Learner: Experience (or a desire to master) Zoho, Marketing Automation or Slack
Professional Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or Fintech-related fields
- Based in Singapore with full right of work and internship eligibility
- Language: Fluency in English. Professional proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage due to the focus on the Greater China market
- A no task too small attitude with a drive to solve problems independently
