Key Roles And Responsibilities
Application Support & Optimization
- Be the first responder for app-related issuesinvestigate bugs, test fixes, and keep things running like clockwork.
- Monitor performance and help fine-tune applications for speed, reliability, and user satisfaction.
- Assist in rolling out updates, patches, and new featuresyes, you'll help launch real stuff!
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Break things (on purpose!) to make them betterrun test cases, log bugs, and validate fixes.
- Collaborate with QA and dev teams to ensure every release is smooth and glitch-free.
- Help build a culture of quality by contributing to test plans and automation ideas.
User Support & Experience
- Be the bridge between tech and peoplesupport users, answer questions, and gather feedback.
- Create how-to guides, walkthroughs, and cheat sheets that make users feel like pros.
- Champion the user experience by identifying pain points and suggesting improvements.
Documentation & DevOps Exposure
- Document workflows, configurations, and system changes like a tech historian.
- Get hands-on with tools like Jira, Git, or Azure DevOpslearn how real teams ship software.
- Support version control, release notes, and deployment processes.
Innovation & Collaboration
- Join brainstorming sessions and sprint meetingsyour ideas matter here.
- Research new tools, integrations, or features that could level up our apps.
- Work side-by-side with developers, analysts, and designers to bring concepts to life.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Background in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Any 3 or more of the following:
- C#, VB. ASP.NET Framework, .NET Core, Webform, MVC, WCF, Web API, Entity Framework
- Proficient in SQL with experience in at least one of these databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance and/or Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake Store
- CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, React, Angular and/or Vue
