Job Responsibilities
Provide intern with entry-level experience and knowledge on Mall Operation. Intern will be able to learn day-to-day
functions of a company, department, or position to learn about a career path.
- Assist in ensure the cleanliness of the mall
- Assist and ensure the performance of the Toilet Smart System
- Assist to process E Permit To Work, Visitors Permit Registration and Vehicle Entry Pass.
- Assist to run duty to ensure Mall is in tip top condition.
- Assist to handle feedbacks and incidents
- Run or provide support for any ad-hoc projects assigned
- Liaise with tenants on regular servicing reports and repair work
- Assist in supervising, coordinating, and conducting inspections with service providers on daily routine work,
- outstanding defects and rectification works.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Existing Diploma or Degree students in the relevant trade
Experience
- No experience required as training will be provided
Other Prerequisites
- Welling to learn and work shift and weekends
- Excellent communication skills and communicate effectively in English
- Pays attention to details
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- A team player and takes initiative to assist other Team Members when required
