What You'll Do

• Create engaging content across DeCard's social channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Stay on top of Web3 and fintech trends - turn insights into creative posts.
• Support campaign execution by liaising with vendors, coordinating timelines, and ensuring deliverables.
• Track campaign performance, compile reports, and suggest ways to improve engagement.
• Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team while gaining exposure to both strategy and execution.

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in Web3, blockchain, fintech, or digital payments.
• Active on social media (bonus if you've run or grown a personal account/community).
• Creative thinker with a pulse on trends, memes, and storytelling.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
• Keen to be part of a business driving the future of payments, and excited to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
