Qualifications

. Diploma in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities

. Basic knowledge of Bill of Lading, Custom Permits and handling shipping documents

. Enter the collected data into system and extract invoices and supporting documents for processing

. Actively coordinate with stakeholders and rectify within team if any data provided is incorrect

. Support ad-hoc administrative tasks

. Assist duties assigned by the Ops

Requirements

. Proficient in Excel (advanced level) & Knowing Pivot Table is an advantage

. Only Singaporean /PR Need Apply

. Diligently and good time management

. Attention to details and Meticulous with numbers

. Ability to work independently
