Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an intern student to develop highly sensitive and accurate digital PCR assays for companion diagnostics. You will work along with JN Medsys and a team of Scientists and Engineers to develop these assasys based upon the company's industry-leading Clarity digital PCR platform. The Clarity platform, which is powered by an innovative highly parallel chip-based partitioning technology, provides absolute nucleic acid quantification with an easy and high throughput workflow. These companion diagnostic digital PCR assays will be used to perform highly sensitive quantification of rare mutations from circulating tumour DNA. As part of these work, you will have an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment to acquire cutting-edge molecular skills to produce diagnostic solutions that will provide clinical insights to aid in the management of disease therapy.
Requirements:
1) Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science, Life Science, Biotechnology or related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome
2) Good Laboratory knowledge and familiar with conducting PCR experiments
3) Good Planning and Organizing skills
4) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
5) Good interpersonal skill
