_{Job Summary}

The IT Intern will support the Applications team in the Information Technology department. The role involves assisting with application development, testing, documentation, and operational support, with opportunities to explore practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance internal processes and systems.

_{Job Responsibilities}

• Assist in application and low-code development on enterprise platforms
• Support system testing (functional and UAT) and issue resolution
• Prepare and maintain technical and user documentation
• Assist with application support and troubleshooting
• Participate in AI exploration, including identifying use cases, supporting proof-of-concepts, and documenting findings
• Perform ad-hoc IT tasks as assigned by the team

_{Job Requirements}

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Data/AI, or a related field
• Basic understanding of programming, applications, or web systems
• Strong interest in AI, automation, or emerging technologies
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Proactive, willing to learn, and adaptable
