Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of innovation projects with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Assist in organizing project meetings, preparing meeting minutes, monitoring action items, and coordinating stakeholder follow-ups.
• Participate in site visits to collect project data, document observations, and track project progress.
• Compile, analyze, and maintain project records, datasets, and documentation to support project reporting and decision-making.
• Prepare project updates, technical reports, presentations, and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of project proposals, technical submissions, and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables, requirements, and timelines are achieved.
• Support the communication of project outcomes, key learnings, and innovation initiatives to management and other stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , Energy Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Comfortable conducting site visits and working in outdoor environments when required.
• Familiar with workplace safety practices and requirements during site activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment.
