Job Description
. Assist in monitoring and maintaining TMS applications to ensure system stability and performance.
. Support troubleshooting of technical issues related to TMS integrations, user access, and data flows.
. Document system processes, workflows, and user guides to improve knowledge sharing.
. Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements for enhancements or new features.
. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy in transportation-related reporting.
. Participate in testing and deployment of system updates, patches, and new functionalities.
. Provide first-level support to end-users, escalating issues as needed.
. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications Required
. Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
. Basic understanding of enterprise systems, databases, and system integrations.
. Familiarity with transportation/logistics concepts is an advantage.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
. Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) knowledge of SQL or reporting tools is a plus.
. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to adynamic IT ecosystem.
