Job Description

Support R&D initiatives including cost reduction, ingredient substitution, and product reformulation.
Prepare and process product samples for trials, submissions, and evaluations.
Conduct shelf-life testing for new and existing products
Maintain food safety and cleanliness in the R&D kitchen uphold FEFO inventory practices.
Assist in documentation and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
