Job Description
You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under the Financial Planning & Analysis Team, working full-time from January 2027 to June 2027.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly and quarterly forecasting, preparation of Economic Value Added (EVA) works
- Assist in analyzing industry peers key performance metrics
- Support the data preparation and cleansing for the roll-out of new system or process improvement.
- Assist in preparation of financial highlights for results presentation and annual report
- Support any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus but not required.
