About the Team:
You will be part of Sea's HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the Finance Transformation function drives finance excellence by implementing innovative solutions, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will be supporting the design, development, and delivery of finance process improvements, along with other related ad-hoc tasks.
Job Description:
- Utilize programming languages and/or LCNC (low-code/no-code) platforms and/or AI frameworks to design and develop automation solutions for finance process
- Participate in finance process improvement and optimization projects (e.g. process automation and workflow improvement)
- Review and enhance current documentation process
- Assist team in managing projects timelines
- Liaise with relevant internal and/or external stakeholders
- Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Undergraduate majoring or minoring in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Able to commit a minimum 6 months of full-time internship from Jun to Dec 2026
- Hands-on experience and strong understanding of the use of LLMs, Agentic Frameworks, Agent Skills, etc. to deliver automated AI applications
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and/or SQL
- Familiarity with Alteryx, Knime, and/or any RPA tools is advantageous
- Knowledge on accounting practices is a plus
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Able to work independently and open to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
