Intern, Finance (Consolidation)

You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under Finance, supporting the Consolidation Team on a full-time basis from January 2027 to June 2027.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support monthly group consolidation and financial reporting activities.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports, reconciliations and financial analyses.
• Gain exposure to a broad range of Group Finance activities, including financial reporting, audit, process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Support the team on other finance-related assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with numbers.
• Resourceful with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Motivated, committed and proactive, with a positive can-do attitude.
• Self-driven and able to work independently while managing tight deadlines.
