Job Description
Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Assist in reviewing enterprise IT workflows and business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Document process flows, including mapping current and future-state workflows
- Contribute to development and testing of automation solutions (e.g. Power Automate, Copilot Studio)
- Support tracking and reporting of IT assets, including data reconciliation and record maintenance
- Prepare simple dashboards, reports, or visualisations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support implementation activities
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Learning Outcomes:
- Exposure to enterprise IT and business process transformation initiatives
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms
- Practical exposure to business intelligence and AI use cases
- Understanding of IT asset management
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- Working knowledge of data visualisation and AI tools
- Experience in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint), Power Apps and Copilot Studio
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Self-starter with proactive mindset
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
