Position Overview

You will report to the Vice President, Enterprise Business Process Management. You will support enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives across Commercial, Projects, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other core functions. During your internship, you will help improve business processes, develop data-driven insights, support digitalization initiatives, and contribute to process standardization across the organization.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

• Map and document current business processes using process mapping tools and swimlane diagrams
• Support the design, documentation and testing of improved processes that increase efficiency and standardization
• Assist with the specification, documentation and testing of new digital tools and system enhancements
• Support process automation initiatives and improvements within enterprise systems and business applications
• Extract, analyse and interpret data to support business decisions, performance monitoring and reporting
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key operational and commercial metrics
• Support stakeholder engagement, training activities and user onboarding for new processes and tools
• Contribute to process governance, continuous improvement initiatives and transformation projects
  
  

Qualifications

You will need:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across functions
• A structured and detail-oriented approach to managing assigned work
  
  

Nice To Have

• Exposure to process mapping, business analysis or data analytics through coursework or projects
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools
• Exposure to ERP systems such as IFS, SAP or Oracle
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or business process improvement methodologies
• Previous internship or project experience in consulting, analytics, operations or transformation environments
• Interest in the energy, marine, offshore or project-based industries
