We are looking for a high-potential Business Process Intern to join our Enterprise Business Process Management (EBPM) department — the internal transformation engine of the company.
This is not a passive internship. You will work directly with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Operations, and IT to improve how the company runs — end-to-end.

What You Will Work On
- Process Discovery & Redesign
- Map real-life business processes using BPMN and structured frameworks
- Participate in workshops with functional leaders
- Help design scalable, standardized future-state processes
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
- Data Analytics & Insights
- Extract and analyze operational data to generate actionable insights
- Build dashboards in Power BI / Excel to track KPIs
- Support spend analysis, vendor performance tracking, and operational metrics
- Translate data into meaningful management insights
- Digitalization & System Improvements
- Support ERP enhancement initiatives (IFS/SAP/Oracle exposure)
- Assist in defining system requirements and user stories
- Participate in system testing (UAT) and implementation rollouts
- Explore automation and AI-enabled process opportunities
- Enterprise Transformation Projects
- Work on cross-functional initiatives impacting multiple departments
- Support change management activities and training materials
- Contribute to governance frameworks and process standards
Who We Are Looking For We Are Looking For High-caliber, Intellectually Curious Candidates Who
- Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Business
- Economics
- Engineering
- Supply Chain
- Data Analytics
- Information Systems
- Have strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working with data and translating complexity into clarity
- Are comfortable interacting with professionals across functions
- Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and a proactive mindset
Technical Skills (Preferred But Not Mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas; VBA is an advantage)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is an advantage.
- Exposure to ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement concepts is beneficial.
- A bility to manage assigned tasks with a structured approach, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
