Responsibilities
Job Description
- Provide support in the engineering analysis of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation ( ACMV ) systems
- Assist in assessing the technical feasibility of innovative building technologies
- Monitor and analyse buildings efficiency via the Building Management System
- Assist in the day-to-day technical operations support
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Environmental Engineering, or any other Sustainable Building related disciplines
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Able to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
