Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new project/ system implementation such as participating in UAT, collating of data, documentation, etc.
  • Providing support and conducting audits for systems: Sabre Central Reservation System, RMS Property Management System and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System.
  • Assist to coordinate initiatives/ campaign/ rates setup and support for Online Travel Agents/ brand website.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma in Business IT, Hospitality Management, or Tourism Resort Management.
  • Proficient in MS office Suite especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately.
  • An individual who is detail-oriented and meticulous when handling data.
