Intern - Data Analytics, Automation and Machine Learning

Description

As an Intern, you will work closely with our Corporate Tax, GST, and Transfer Pricing teams in leveraging technology to enhance tax processes and deliver value to clients.

• Conduct feasibility studies on applying machine learning and data analytics techniques to automate data analysis workflows and streamline tax processes
• Receive comprehensive training on the commercial aspects of our advisory business to understand the business rationale behind technical applications
• Assist in automating processes involving tax-related data sources and integrating them with Microsoft Office tools for efficient analysis and reporting
• Support client engagements in relation to the tax-related needs across Corporate Tax, GST and Transfer Pricing
• Support the team in preparing business development materials and other collateral

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science / Information System Management / Data Analytics / Accounting or other related fields
• Available to start in January/February 2026, ideally for a 6-month duration
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, experience with machine learning applications, data analytics, and other business automation tools will be a great advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
