About the role:
We are currently looking for a Corporate Partnerships Intern to join us for a full-time internship of 3 to 6 months.
Location: Lifelong Learning Institute, 11 Eunos Road 8, Singapore 408601
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)
Allowance Range: $800 to $1,200 (Depending on experience)
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and business development within the HR ecosystem. You will work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) and the Marketing & Partnerships Development team to support the growth and engagement of IHRP's Corporate Partner Community. You will also assist in strategic initiatives such as IHRP Certification, HCDT, Skills Badges, and Playbooks
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Partnership Support
- Assist in research and identification of new markets or potential corporate partners
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and partnership materials
- Help coordinate and track outreach activities and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Assist in developing partnership engagement strategies and maintaining partner databases
- Support event planning and logistics for engagement sessions and appreciation events
- Help monitor partnership KPIs and prepare reports for internal review
- Assist in developing content and communication collaterals to support partner engagement
Special Projects & Assignments
- Support HOD on special projects and business development initiatives
- Participate in cross-departmental coordination for partnership execution
- Provide administrative and project coordination support as required
What You Will Learn:
- End-to-end exposure to corporate partnership lifecycle - from prospecting to engagement
- Understanding of HR industry trends and national initiatives (e.g., IHRP Certification, Skills Badges)
- Stakeholder and account management techniques in a public-sector affiliated organisation

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong interest in business development, stakeholder engagement, and the HR sector
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
