The intern will craft and execute a systematic plan to discover the problem statement, identify pain-points of internal stakeholders and opportunities for improvement, and distil insights and recommendations for policy/process owners. Possible approaches include desktop analysis, process mapping, stakeholder/user engagement approaches, e.g. user interviews and focus group discussions.
The intern will also organise and support logistics and administrative tasks as required for stakeholder engagement activities.
