Content Creation
- Plan, create, and manage social media content for an existing series and propose a new series for Jurong Port's social media platforms.
- Develop storyboards and scripts for video and photo campaigns.
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of events, operations, and activities using tools such as Canva and CapCut (or similar), optimising content for each platform.
- Write engaging captions and articles that effectively communicate Jurong Port's initiatives and updates.
Analytics and Trend Research
- Track engagement metrics (likes, reach, follower growth) on a weekly basis and provide recommendations to improve content performance.
- Research social media trends and propose ideas to keep content relevant and appealing.
Other Projects
- Contribute to projects such as Jurong Port's Annual Report.
- Design visuals for internal communication, such as infographics and staff engagement materials.
