Gain real customer service experience: Assist branches in providing excellent customer service by handling inquiries, and supporting the front-line staff in daily customer interactions.
Banking product and service awareness: Support the processing of new account applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank polices.
Operations support: Assist in the preparation and verification of documents, data entry, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth branch operations.
Team collaboration and project involvement: Work closely with other interns to participate in Consumer Banking Department's projects aimed to improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational processes.
