Job Responsibilities

• Assist in AI-related projects as required, which may include coding and technical implementation tasks.
• Support tender bidding process with activities such as issuance of tender, receiving and analyzing tender submissions and preparation of recommendation report.
• Support both consultancy and contractor contracts administration including cost management, contractual entitlements and recourses and dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Support and liaison with Development and Project Management Team to ensure timely deliverables during various stages of the projects.
• Assist with internal reports/tracker for project administration and monitoring.
• Assist with payment certificates for consultants and contractors.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Basic understanding of python programming and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Organization and negotiation skills through structured tender bidding process with activities such as issuance of tender, receiving and analyzing tender submissions and preparation of recommendation report.
• Project planning via administration of both consultant and contractor contracts including cost management, contractual entitlements and recourses and dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills through liaison with Development and Project Management Team to ensure timely deliverables during various stages of the projects.
• Reading and comprehension of complex project design/as-built drawings for hands-on measurements of quantities.
• Attend and observe how project and commercial meetings are conducted.
