Role Summary

QCP is looking for a driven compliance intern to support its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and project management initiatives. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data analytics, regulatory research, and operational compliance, assisting the team in analyzing large datasets, monitoring regulatory developments, and executing critical compliance projects in a fast-paced digital asset environment.

Key Responsibilities

AML Data Analytics: Analyze large datasets to support AML investigations, transaction monitoring, customer due diligence (CDD), and compliance initiatives. Build dashboards, generate reports, and help automate AML reporting workflows.
Research & Regulatory Analysis: Monitor and summarize AML/CFT regulatory developments from key bodies like MAS and FATF, assessing their business impact on digital assets and derivatives.
Policy & Framework Development: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating internal AML policies, procedures, and controls to ensure alignment with global standards.
Project Management Support: Track compliance project milestones, maintain project trackers, follow up on deliverables, and help prepare executive presentations and management reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Haves

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to parse and interpret large datasets.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, formulas).
Soft Skills: Excellent organization, time management, detail-oriented mindset, and proactive communication.
Interest: A strong passion for AML, financial crime compliance, and the digital asset space.

Nice-to-Haves
