Your Role in VT Markets

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team. As our HR Intern (C&B focused), you will gain hands-on experience in one of the most data-driven and strategic areas of Human Resources. The intern will support compensation analysis, benefits administration, and reporting, while gaining exposure to how HR rewards programs impact employee engagement and business performance

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist with salary benchmarking and sales performance analysis
  • Compile and maintain benefits inventory across different regions.
  • Assist with vendor research, employee benefits surveys, and usage reporting.
  • Conduct market research on compensation and benefits trends in the FinTech/Trading industry.
  • Assist with C&B dashboard creation (headcount, salary distribution, benefits participation).
  • Help clean, analyze, and visualize HR data to support decision-making.

Internship Availability

  • Minimum commitment of 3 months, but longer commitment would be preferred (i.e. 6 months).
  • Full-time commitment is preferred, but those who are able to commit to a minimum of 2 working days are welcome to apply.
  • Able to start from January 2026

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Job Experience & Education

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, particularly in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
