Set up in 2009, Migrant Workers Centre (MWC) is a non-governmental organisation whose mission is to champion fair employment practices and the well-being of migrant workers in Singapore, by pursuing four main pillars: Fairness, Assistance, Integration, and Representation.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support for outreach activities for workers and students.
• Contribute articles to MWC&aposs website & social media. To propose topics and conduct relevant interviews and research.
• Get involved in MWC&aposs membership initiative.
• Support MWC in new initiatives that might be launched during this period.

Requirements

Students from any course of study are welcome as long as they are:

• Willing to work with people from diverse backgrounds, culture and values.
• Passionate about the issue of migrant workers&apos rights.
• Able to work on weekends (either Sunday or Saturday)

Location: Based in MWC Recreation Centre at Soon Lee Road
